WHY SHOULD YOU FOSTER THROUGH SHELTER LINK?

We are volunteers at the town shelter. We are there with the dogs everyday and know their temperaments. All rescues will be evaluated before entering into thefoster care program.

We believe most shelter dogs just need to learn how to live in a home and how to trust people once again. They may need medical care , grooming, socializing and training but most of all they need to be loved before moving on to their forever families.

Shelter Link stands behind all of our adopted and foster dogs and adopted and foster families and will support in every way needed to help the dog to acclimate to its new environment. We will take back any dog that is adopted out and does not work out for any reason. For this to happen we need fosters.

We will support our fosters in finding permanent homes for all of the foster dogs and will hold and attend adoption events as well as petfinders pages ,facebook, and adopt a pet.com and other venues too.

So if you want to really rescue a dog, save a life, and make a difference in this world, please foster a dog with us.
